Durango High School Marketing and DECA are proud to announce partnerships with local businesses for the Fall 2014 semester.   Students in the Sports and Entertainment Marketing class competed to design the best visual merchandising display for the fly fishing shop Duranglers, located in downtown Durango.

The members of the Durango High School marching band recently smiled for their closeup on Inside Durango TV. Band director Katharine Reed was joined by Bank of Colorado President Greg Behn who has encouraged the community to help support the funding of their new trailer to carry their instruments to marching competitions. Durango School District 9-R is looking for responsible candidates to join our amazing transportation team. The district will provide all the training and assessment needed to become a successful school bus driver.  The school district's benefit package includes health insurance, personal, and sick leave days- and the added benefit of having the same days off from school as your children do.
