Student Records/Transcripts

If you have any questions regarding Student Records or Transcripts, please call Diane Burress in the Student Records Office at 970-247-5411 ext. 1109 or through email at dburress@durango.k12.co.us.

If a former student wishes to have a copy of his/her official high school transcript sent to a college, university, or other institution, a Records/Transcript Release Form must be sent to Durango School District 9-R Student Records. A $5.00 processing fee is charged for each copy requested.

Due to federal law, information concerning a former student's record cannot be released until a records release form has been submitted. If a student is under 18 years of age, the form must be signed by a parent/guardian. The request must include the correct mailing address to which the transcript is to be sent.
